I felt like J.D. didn’t lead the dialogue or had any prepared questions, which was beautiful and made it feel very natural.

I’m a professional listener for a job, and I thought J.D. did great. There was one moment where J.D. started sharing about what he felt about something and I remember thinking, uh oh, is he not gonna be able to keep it focused on me (bc most people don’t know how to just listen and ask questions), but then that passed and J.D. did great.
